When we think of Mattie and Luke, we can't help but picture our community of friends and family who have walked alongside us throughout our dating years. Those of you who prayed, kept us accountable, loved, and simply lived life with us have aided in equipping us for a covenant and we can't think of a better way to step into that covenant than with you by our sides.

We invite you not only to witness, but to share a meal with us as our community before we say our vows on October 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Linwood shop located at 15129 Woodrow Kerr Lane in Zachary, Louisiana 70791.

Why a meal? Jesus came to seek and save and the method to his discipleship was often bringing people together over food. He was described as "the Son of God who came eating and drinking." He used meals as a sign of acceptance, friendship, and grace. We would love to serve you as a small token of your service to our lives over the years, and we hope that throughout the night we can laugh, cry, tell stories, and reminisce on the critical points in our lives that have prepared us for this next step. May we around the table eat and drink and say that Christ is the one who brings us all together.
